Horizontal Broaching Machine
Pioneer Horizontal Broaching Machine BM-1010H / BM-1515H is designed to do spline or keyways onto workpieces with a 10-ton / 15-ton broaching force and 1000mm / 1500mm stroke capacity. BM-1010H / BM-1515H has been fabricated in a welded and mechanized steel Monoblock. Many different kinds of broaching tools can be used on this machine, including keyway, spline, ratchet, rectangle, hexagon, and so on.
The Pioneer BM-1010H / BM-1515H consists of a bed or a base almost double the length of broaching stroke in which the broach pilot and the drive mechanism for pulling the broach. PLC used to control overall machine operation.
